🚚 Shipping Policy

At HeyChicaz, we strive to deliver your orders in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timeline is 7-10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location. You may opt for Express Shipping for orders which require urgent delivery at an extra cost. Please check our Shipping options before placing your order.

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

📦 Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping (₹80)

  • Delivery within 7–10 business days
  • Free on orders above ₹599

2. Express Shipping (₹150)

  • Get your order delivered within 5 business days
  • Available at checkout by selecting "Express Shipping"
  • Free shipping threshold (₹599) does not apply to Express Shipping

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please:

  • Provide a complete address including house number, street name, locality, and a landmark if possible
  • Double-check your PIN code, city, and state details
  • Enter a valid and reachable phone number (preferably mobile)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, kindly ensure someone is available to receive the order and provide exact change.

📦 If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately at support@heychicaz.com

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹599
  • Standard shipping of ₹80 for orders below ₹599 (delivery within 7–10 business days)
  • Express shipping of ₹150 for delivery within 5 business days, regardless of order value

Shipping charges are calculated post-discount and GST, if applicable.

🔍 Order Tracking

To track your order:

  • Visit the “My Orders” section under your account on our website
  • You'll also receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order is shipped

🌍 Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available yet — but we’re working on it!

❌ Order Cancellations & Modifications

🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
To cancel, email us at support@heychicaz.com with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.

✏️ Modify Shipping Address

You can request a change in shipping address before your order is processed by emailing us at support@heychicaz.com

💳 Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

We do not accept payments via Cheques or Demand Drafts.
