We want you to love your HeyChicaz purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
🛍️ Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- We do not offer exchanges. However, you’re welcome to return the original item and place a new order.
💰 Refund Process
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Once the return is approved, we will contact you to collect your refund details.
Note: If your order included a shipping charge (e.g., ₹80 for orders below ₹599), this shipping fee will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product is in its original condition. Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
- Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original tags and packaging.
- Returns raised beyond the 7-day window.
- Items purchased from final sale.
